I was just like you, realizing that my academic theoretical coursework was not sufficient for the real-life practical knowledge needed to do my job with excellence. And with a huge age and knowledge gap in our industry, I found few who could help me grow.

This is the training program I wish I had when I started my P&C career 15 years ago.

You can't count on your boss to make it happen. It is your responsibility to invest in your own career development plan, to acquire the skills necessary for that next promotion. While we certainly encourage employers to sponsor their staff's development,  we strive to make our trainings accessible and economical enough for even an entry-level engineer to invest in themselves when need be.
